According to The Sun, the Welsh rugby star suggested that the chest enhancement could be his wedding present for her.
"Charlotte went ballistic at first. She couldn't believe his cheek. She thought he didn't like her body anymore," said a source.
"But he explained he loves her body whatever the shape. He thinks she looks great since losing weight but he loved her curves too."
