Oscar-nominated actor Kevin McCarthy has died at the age of 96.
McCarthy was known for starring in the classic 1956 sci-fi thriller Invasion of the Body Snatchers.
He passed away on Saturday at a Cape Cod hospital, reports E! Online. Other details surrounding his death have not been released.
The star was nominated for a 'Best Supporting Actor' Oscar for his role as Biff Loman in 1951's Death of a Salesman.
McCarthy appeared in a number of films and TV shows, including The Twilight Zone, Dynasty and The Golden Girls.
