E! Online reports that the Cougar Town co-stars rarely left each other's sides when they attended a festive party for the cast and crew of the show.
A source told Marc Malkin: "Courteney and Brian pretty much stuck together the majority of the evening.
"There definitely wasn't any hand-holding or kissing. But they did stay and stand together for most of the party."
Cox is currently separated from husband David Arquette after they announced their split in October following 11 years of marriage.
