Sharon Stone 'puts house on the market after stalker incidents'

Sharon Stone has put her Beverly Hills home on the market.

The decision reportedly came as a result of a number of incidents involving stalkers at the Basic Instinct actress's Los Angeles mansion, WENN reports.

The home, which is currently valued at $9 million (£5.7m), has its own gym, media room and tennis court, as well as a swimming pool and spa.

In August, a man was arrested outside of the 53-year-old's home in question. He was later identified as Phillip Barnes.

Stone was granted a restraining order against Barnes, who purportedly claimed that he is the father of one of her adopted sons, earlier this week.

The actress was previously granted a restraining order in February against a different stalker by the name of Bradly Gooden.

Stone purchased the mansion in 2006 for $11 million (£7m). Source
