Jennifer Aniston wins 'Decade Of Hotness' award
The award, regarded as one of the night's biggest honours, has previously been won by the likes of Halle Berry, Charlize Theron and Cameron Diaz.
"Jennifer Aniston has the magic combination of Hall of Fame hotness and humour that makes every guy wish she lived next door," Spike TV representative Casey Patterson said. "Our audience has been asking for this for years. We're thrilled to be honouring Jennifer."
Aniston rose to fame in her role as Rachel Green on the longrunning sitcom Friends, since which she has carved out a successful career in Hollywood.
Among Aniston's most successful films are Bruce Almighty, Marley & Me and Just Go With It.
Other stars nominated at this year's awards include Natalie Portman, Mila Kunis, Rose Huntington-Whiteley and Minka Kelly.
The 2011 Guys Choice will air June 10 at 9pm ET/PT on Spike TV.

Jennifer Aniston plans non-comedy movie projects
Aniston says the band was "sort of the Dixie Chicks of their time."
No production or release dates have been set for the project, tentatively titled "The Goree Girls."
After starring in a string of romantic comedies such as "Just Go With It," Aniston may be turning her sights to more serious fare. Another project, tentatively called "Counterclockwise," may focus on the studies of Ellen Langer, a renowned Harvard psychology professor.
Aniston was in Mexico City on Thursday to promote her new perfume, which bears her name. (AP)

Jennifer Aniston 'sees poor perfume sales'
Jennifer Aniston's signature fragrance has reportedly suffered from poor sales since its launch.
Now reports that the actress's lack of promotional work for The Debut has damaged the product's chances.
An insider said: "Jen chose her perfume. But other than launching it at Harrods in London, she's done no promotion.
"No-one knew where to find it and now everyone's lost interest."
No comment has been given by the scent's producers, but the source commented: "They're bound to be disappointed. They can't figure out why no-one wants to smell like Jen.
"Marketing shows most people believe Jen smells 'natural and clean', which is the opposite of why you'd buy a perfume, so maybe that's it."

The 40-year-old actress - who recently split from singer John Mayer after a year-long relationship - reportedly thinks she will never find a man she loves as much as her ex-husband Brad Pitt, who she divorced in 2005.A source told America's OK! magazine: "Ever since Jennifer and Brad split, she has tried desperately to find another man who would win her heart and be the husband she's always dreamed of. But she now realises that Brad's shoes are impossible to fill."Brad now raises six children with his partner Angelina Jolie, and until recently Jennifer was keen to move on romantically.However, after failed relationships with John, her 'The Break-Up' co-star Vince Vaughn and British model Paul Sculfor - who is currently dating Cameron Diaz - she has now decided she would rather be alone.The source said, "Jennifer put so much of herself into those relationships only to have all three end in heartbreak."More than anything, Jennifer wants to be a mom. She has dreamed of having a child ever since she was a little girl, and the fact that she may not have a partner isn't going to stop her from realising that dream."

Jennifer Aniston helps Owen Wilson win back lost love
Actress Jennifer Aniston has apparently helped heartbroken Owen Wilson win back his lost love. The 40-year-old actress gave her ‘Marley and Me’ co-star a list of rules to follow in order to get back girlfriend Kate Hudson.It was Aniston who encouraged Wilson to make a heartfelt phone call to Hudson to tell her how he feels, reports the China Daily."Jennifer became Owen's confidante, coaching him in phone sessions on how to convince Kate he is a changed man,” a source told National Enquirer.“She told him to convince Kate he is a responsible guy and a great role model for her young son Ryder," the source added.Wilson had reportedly tried to commit suicide after Kate dumped him in 2007. However, the pair sparked rumours of reunion last month after the 29-year-old actress was seen visiting Owen's Malibu home.Hudson is also believed to have accompanied Wilson on a tour around Europe, where he has been promoting ''Marley and Me'' with Jennifer.

Jennifer Aniston’s ex-fiance Tate Donovan has been phoning the actress to tell her she was the “love of his life”.The 39-year-old actress – who recently rekindled her relationship with Gravity singer John Mayer – is said to be considering giving her relationship with Tate a second chance.A source close to Jennifer, who split from 45-year-old Tate in 1995 after three years of dating, said: “Jennifer cannot believe it. A few months ago she was single and heartbroken, and now she has got two men professing their love for her.“Tate has been in touch with Jennifer on and off over the years. But this time it was different.
