A pal explained, "Katie thinks Pete is bitter and just can't seem to be happy with anything she does. She is desperate to get at him in some way, and she thinks that there are a lot of things that need to be aired. Katie is obsessed with coming up with more dirt that she can add to the book, and has told her friends it will teach Pete not to mess with her. She says she really wants to make him pay."
