'standing by Jack Tweed'

Chanelle Hayes has told friends that she will stand by Jack Tweed during his rape trial, it has been claimed.

According to New magazine, the Big Brother 8 star, who has allegedly been dating Tweed for around three weeks, spoke to friends about their relationship.

"Jack asked her out on a date and Chanelle drove down to London from Leeds especially for it," said a source. "She was surprised at how much of a great time she had. They clicked instantly.

"Chanelle drove to his mum's house from Leeds, which isn't an easy journey to make when you're six months pregnant. She met his mum and they got on really well. It was their first night together and from what she's saying, it was a great night."

Hayes reportedly added: "I'll stand by Jack 100%," referring to Tweed's rape trial.

Friends of both Tweed and Hayes have expressed concern over their romance.

The trial is ongoing.
