The semi-naked image of the Paramore singer appeared online in the early hours of this morning but was quickly removed.
According to screencaps of the page, one follower immediately quipped: "My dreams have come true. Thank god for the 'print screen' button."
After the photograph was removed, Williams wrote: "Well... my night just changed drastically. got hacked."
