The singer was performing in Singapore last weekend when her stiletto shoes caused her to tumble on stage and hurt her ankle, reports E Online.
"Mariah twisted her ankle in Singapore and should have packed more sensible shoes, but she doesn't have any," said her rep Cindi Berger.
"I'm sending her a pair of flats today."
Carey laughed off the incident on Sunday via her Twitter page, writing: "TY SO much to my fans in Singapore!!! Yeah, several hectic moments, (lol!) but I tried to swirl them into festive!
